Georgia Crime Victim’s Rights Notification Card
The Prosecuting Attorneys鈥� 糖心Vlog, in partnership with the Marsy鈥檚 Law for Georgia Advisory Committee, has created the Georgia Crime Victim’s Rights Notification card. This printable notification card outlines victims鈥� rights under the Georgia Constitution and the Georgia Crime Victims Bill of Rights. The card is intended for use by prosecutors, law enforcement, victim advocates, and victim assistance organizations to help educate crime victims on their rights as well as connect them with valuable resources.

Instructions: How to Download & Customize for Local Use
Step 1: Download the Georgia Crime Victim’s Rights Notification card (PDF Fillable Form)
Step 2: Add local resource contact information to Page 2 in the blank boxes provided.
Step 3: Replace PAC Logo image with your agency logo by clicking on PAC Logo and selecting image file from local computer.
Step 4: Print copies double-sided (flip on short edge).
Step 5: Cut out cards (4 per printed page).
